PREMIER CARE LOGO 4C LOWRES full 940x198 AMVETS and Premier Care in Bathing Team Up for Military Appreciation MonthSelected Veteran Will Receive Free Accessible Bathroom Remodel

SOUTH DAYTONA, Florida – May 4, 2012 – Premier Care in Bathing, the leading manufacturer and distributor of walk-in baths and easy access showers, announced today an expansion of its partnership with AMVETS. The arrangement will honor and support a veteran chosen through the AMVETS organization, who will receive a donation from Premier of a bath re-model, including an installation of a walk-in bath, or easy access shower.

The alliance will benefit an individual who may need assistance in bathing and will help him or her regain a sense of security navigating the bathroom.  The Company will also sponsor the veteran’s attendance at the upcoming AMVETS 68th Annual National Convention, in Daytona Beach, Fla., where Premier is hosting a VIP reception at the National Commander’s Banquet.

“We are pleased to work with AMVETS in providing support to our Armed Forces. The special programs they foster make a world of difference in serving our military.  We know how impactful a new, accessible bathroom can be and look forward to the many benefits the selected vet will receive from a Premier tub or shower,” said Iain J. Whyte, Group CEO, Premier Care in Bathing.

Premier Care in Bathing is a premier partner of AMVETS and is the first bath and shower company to receive this distinction. The AMVETS organization serves the veteran’s community through community programs, and benefits members of each branch in the military. It is one of the largest congressionally-chartered veterans’ service organizations in the United States.

“AMVETS is proud to join Premier Care in Bathing to provide truly life-changing products to our veterans in need,” said AMVETS National Commander Gary L. Fry.” For more than 70 years, AMVETS has worked to better the lives of American veterans and their families, and Premier Care’s commitment to the same makes for a perfect partnership. Together we will help to restore the independence and quality of life to our veterans that they so richly deserve.”
