A Note on FLIGHTS:

The hotel is located in Alexan­dria, Vir­ginia. If and when book­ing flights to attend the con­ven­tion, please make sure that your plane tick­ets are for Ronald Rea­gan National Air­port (DCA) NOT Dulles Inter­na­tional Air­port (IAD).

A Note on SHUTTLES:

Hotel shut­tle runs between 6:00AM to 10:30PM. Shut­tle leave from the hotel lobby every ½ hour, at the top of the hour and at 30 min­utes past the hour. (6:00AM, 6:30AM, 7:00AM, 7:30AM and so on)

First stop is the Pen­ta­gon City Metro Sta­tion at approx­i­mately 10 min­utes and 40 min­utes past the hour. Next stop is the air­port at approx­i­mately 20 min­utes and 50 min­utes past the hour.

At the air­port shut­tle drop off and pickup at:
      Ter­mi­nal A
      Ter­mi­nal B – Door 5
      Ter­mi­nal C – Door 9
