AMVETS ANNOUNCES VETERANS DAY SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS!

Lanham, Md., Dec. 10, 2009—Last weekend AMVETS leaders congratulated AMVETS Veterans Day Sweepstakes grand prize winner Henson Bedeau on the floor of the National Executive Committee meeting in Linthicum, Md., where AMVETS National Commander Duane J. Miskulin presented Bedau with his grand prize check for $10,000.

AMVETS selected 10 lucky sweepstakes winners from more than 100,000 entries from around the country for prizes ranging from $100 to the $10,000 grand prize.

Proceeds from the sweepstakes will help support AMVETS’ continuing mission to deliver quality of life programs for veterans and their families. Be sure to look for your spring sweepstakes entry form in the mail in the coming weeks.
