eKnowledge & MLB Players Hit a Grand Slam with SAT & ACT Test Prep
Kevin Youkilis joins eKnowledge sponsorship program offering FREE SAT/ACT Test Prep Programs to military families.
Atlanta, GA--May 4, 2010 Thanks to eKnowlege and patriotic professional athletes, free $200 SAT and ACT PowerPrep™ programs are available to military service members and their extended families. In its fifth consecutive year, the eKnowledge NFL and MLB sponsorship has donated over $30 million of SAT/ACT software programs to 142,000 recipients.
It was announced today that Boston Red Sox infielder Kevin Youkilis has joined the eKnowledge Sponsorship Alliance Program. Kevin is an MLB-All Star, 2 time Red Sox MVP, Red Sox Rookie of the Year, Gold Glove, 2 time World Series Champion, College All-American, Team USA member, Hank Aaron Award winner, and holder of a MLB record for consecutive attempts without an error (2,002 attempts). Kevin said, "Growing up surrounded by the precious gifts of family, friends, community and religion, I have long been passionate about giving back to the community, and helping families and students prepare for college is an honor." Youkilis joins fellow MLB star Chipper Jones, and other groups and organizations listed below as part of the expanding Sponsorship Alliance.
Eligible recipients of the software include Service Members from all branches of the military who are Active Duty, Retired, Veterans, Guard, Reserve, all DOD employees, and civilians performing military support. Also eligible are relatives and dependants of anyone who otherwise qualifies from the prior list.
The SAT and ACT DVDs include more than 11 hours of video instruction and 3,000 files of supplemental test prep material, thousands of interactive diagnostic tools, sample questions, practice tests and graphic teaching illustrations are indexed for easy use.

There is a small fee of $13.84 (per standard program) which enables eKnowledge to provide technical and customer support, registration, licensure, processing, handling and worldwide distribution.
