The Citizen’s Flag Alliance, Inc., is a coalition of organizations-most of which are national in scope-that have united for one purpose: to persuade Congress to pass legislation amending the U.S. Constitution to protect the American flag from physical desecration so that such an amendment, in turn, can be sent to the states for ratification.
